1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Tailly’s website, mobile application, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and availability
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use Tailly. The Service is not offered to users in the EEA or United Kingdom at this time. You are responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful where you are located.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us at contact@monolithstudios.dev of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may request deletion of your account in the app.
4. Tailly is not veterinary care
Tailly helps you organize pet-care information. It does not provide veterinary, medical, diagnostic, treatment, or emergency services. AI-generated content can be incomplete or inaccurate and must not replace professional judgment. If your pet may be ill, injured, or in danger, contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency clinic immediately.
5. AI and your content
You may submit text, images, audio, and pet-care information (“User Content”). You keep ownership of your User Content, but grant Tailly a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service, including AI features you choose to use.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit User Content. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or unrelated third-party content. AI feature use may involve processing by the providers described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service; bypass security; reverse engineer except where law permits; interfere with other users; upload malware; use the Service to violate rights or law; or use automated means to access the Service without our written permission.
7. Communications
We may send necessary service, account, security, support, and legal communications. Optional product research, surveys, feedback invitations, feature announcements, and marketing communications require your separate opt-in and can be withdrawn at any time through Communication Preferences or an unsubscribe link. 8. Pricing and future paid features
Tailly is currently offered without charge. If we introduce a paid plan or paid feature, we will show the applicable price, renewal terms, cancellation process, and any store-specific terms before you purchase. Payment and cancellation will be handled through the applicable app store or the payment flow presented at purchase.
9. Intellectual property
Tailly, its software, design, and content (excluding User Content) are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, Tailly grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or our legal rights, or where you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate operation. To the extent permitted by law, Tailly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required. These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, with Turkish courts having jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
